About Jovia

Jovia Web Studio is a provider of web-related services for businesses and organizations across the nation.  We seek to provide modern designs, powerful functionality, and search engine optimized code to enhance our client's presence on the web.

Jovia Web Studio was launched in February 2008 by professional web developer/designer Ryan Battles (who now functions as lead project manager).  While we are based in Columbus, Ohio, the use of modern communications allows us to serve our clients virtually anywhere.  We place a high emphasis on quality, measurable results, and the overall happiness of our clients.

What is a "Jovia"?

We get this question a lot.  Jovia is a combination of the middle names of Ryan Battles' twin daughters, Joy & Olivia.  The combination just happended to be similar to the word "Jovial", which denotes happiness.  It is our goal to provide a happy experience for our clients, so the name stuck.
